The hotel is amazing. The service is beyond expectation. And most importantly, the food under the direction of Chef Hanna from Lebanon is surprising. tasty. Special and clean. There is no such thing.

זה מלון שאנו מתארחים בו כמעט כל שנה בעיקר בפסטיבל הסרטים בחיפה , מאד מרוצים ממלון קטן ואיכותי , וכל דרישה שלנו נענית בהקדם - גם הפעם כמובן , ממתינים שיפתחו המסעדות והיה מושלם עבורנו ביחס תועלת מחיר .

I'm a repeat client. I stayed on Passover for the second holiday and the previous experience left me with the taste of another attempt that was made this Friday, on the eve of the holiday and Sukkot. This time the food in all four days was under all criticism. In general, I do not think I'll ever be there again.

Recommend checking out the room before delivery to the customer needs improvement level Hnikion.lsfr the quality of the food on the holiday. There is mention the service employees can A``i reception Lior Simon and David confidently kitchen and cafeteria. Another thing that bothered the noise created by people in the promenade including after midnight and noon not allow to rest.

My wife and I are very pleased with the hotel and all the terms in it there is no pool but we did not need it matter toddler was treated immediately at the front door and immediately replaced by us without we requested an upgraded room so generously and kindly. Delay and really enjoyed the service at the hotel. Recommended every vacation here in this hotel.
